- Extensive back end web development expertise
- Must have 8+ years of programming and/or design, modeling tools and methodology or other technology disciplines
- Must have minimum 5 years of hands on experience developing server side applications with core Java/J2EE, XML, XLST and HTML5
- Must have minimum 5 years of hands on experience in OOD, working with design patterns

Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the team to develop enterprise application
- An understanding and knowledge of J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Web Services, JPA, Patterns/OO Design, and Web Frameworks
- Ability to analyze and explain the risks involved in using, or not using, technology solutions to solve business or organizational problems and not compromising on the architectural direction and vision.
- Design, implement and support advanced and diverse application solutions that address complex business requirements, following SDLC processes, application processes and quality validation (when appropriate) for large projects.
- Provide technical leadership for other application developers on all system development activities. Develop project plans and time estimates for tasks in a project. Train and mentor less experienced programmers.
- Develop, prepare, review and document test requirements and test data for complex system testing.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ yrs of Business Intelligence reports development team management experience
- 2+ yrs of business and data analysis experience
- 3+ yrs of experience in designing, developing, implementing Business Intelligence reports, dashboard for insurance, claim processing, health care and benefit management applications
- Must have US client work experience or worked in US for more than 3 yrs
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, leadership and other key soft skills needed for project management.
- Strong Toad, BIRT, Actuate or any BI Tool experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong RDBMS knowledge with minimum 5 yrs hands on experience in oracle, SQL, PL / SQL.

- Ability to work in a complex, team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Ability to manage the shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day reports delivery lead, offshore project lead
- Develop, Manage project plans and associated communication documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Effectively manage changes to project goals, scope, and / or deliverables and impacts to project, including contingency plans
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Develop standard data management deliverables including program plans for master data management, data governance and data quality
